Featuring The Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason

Please join us at our Winter Member Reception presented by The Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason (BRI). First established in 1956 as the Virginia Mason Research Institute, and renamed in 2002 in recognition of the Benaroya family of Seattle, the nonprofit institute developed a unique niche as a basic sciences research institute associated with a major medical center and teaching program. BRI now houses more than 275 scientific and administrative staff as a premier research institute focused on preventing and curing autoimmune diseases and harmful immune responses.
Join us to hear Dr. Jane Buckner, president of BRI and Director of Translational Research, share how discovery is just the beginning. Learn how BRI is committed to improving people’s lives by seeking prevention, as well as seeking cures, while also improving treatment options.
The evening will be hosted by our Board of Governors. Enjoy an evening of connecting with other Washington business leaders while enjoying wine sponsored by Woodinville Wine Country and seasonal hors d’oeuvres along Seattle’s waterfront.
