World Trade Center Seattle is sustained through sponsorship from organizations of all sizes and types, representing the Pacific Northwest’s broad range of industries and professional services.

Sponsor support is crucial to sustaining World Trade Center Seattle and advancing its mission. Sponsorship packages have been designed to accommodate any organization interested in sponsoring. These packages offer varying numbers of included memberships for executives and support personnel, along with relevant sponsor benefits at different financial commitment levels.

*Organizations with a representative on the WTC Seattle Board of Governors must be at a minimum a Supporting Sponsor.

Organizational Sponsorships

Sponsorships include all membership benefits, plus enhanced visibility, organization-wide access, built-in hosted programming, and exclusive experiences offering greater impact and community engagement.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Supporting Sponsor: $6,000 annually

Access to facilities and Core benefits for up to 15 individuals in the organization.

Core Benefits Include:

  • Complimentary valet parking Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for drop-in lounge use, dining, or boardroom meeting reservations.
  • Exclusive access to the Bay View Dining Room for lunch Tuesday–Thursday, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM.
  • Access to the Alaska Air Member Lounge with complimentary coffee and snacks Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
  • Use of boardrooms with waived rental fees Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM*.
  • Cross-marketing promotion through social media platforms, dedicated e-blasts, and website features.
  • Local community hotel and arts discounts
  • Discounted pricing for ticketed events at World Trade Center Seattle, as well as discounts for private events, whether hosted at World Trade Center Seattle or Bell Harbor International Conference Center.

    • One complimentary Happy hour at World Trade Center Seattle for up to 60 attendees, which can be inclusive of both your organization’s network and the World Trade Center network, or your own personal network. Private events are subject to availability, located at World Trade Center Seattle or Bell Harbor Conference Center, chef’s choice for food selections and beverages (N/A or Beer and Wine), 4 hours of event access in-house audio only.
  • Bell Harbor International Conference Center discounts for private events
    • 25% off room rental
    • 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages
    • 20% discount on AV equipment
    • 2-hour complimentary setup/teardown time (based on availability)

Corporate Sponsor: $12,000 annually

Access to facilities and Core benefits for up to 15 individuals in the organization.

Core Benefits Include:

  • Dedicated marketing segment in the WTC Newsletter, Social media spotlight, and cross promotion, dedicated E-blast for all hosted events.
*Reservations are required for all boardrooms. Rooms may be reserved up to 120 days in advance, subject to availability. Standing reservations are also subject to availability and may not be booked more than 120 days in advance.
