Can We Talk? Five Years Later

Diversity vs Equity. Closing the COVID-19 Gender Gap. Leadership Through the Ages.
These are just a few of the many topics World Trade Center (WTC) Seattle has focused on over the last five years. It all started with one program in 2017 that focused on the truth about women as leaders, gender equality, and the glass ceiling. After receiving tremendous support from the community, WTC Seattle launched its ‘Can We Talk?’ series.
Rising and established leaders from around the region have turned to WTC Seattle for raw and honest discussions that may be difficult to have but are crucial to creating better unity and understanding in the workplace.
Since this series began, we have experienced a global pandemic, civil unrest, racial reckoning, and threats to freedom and democracy. Crises both locally and globally have rattled workplaces and created anxiety in employees.
It is now time to come together again in-person as we welcome back several of our esteemed panelists for a cut-to-the-chase, and sometimes in-your-face, panel discussion. Join us as we discuss what has changed -- and what has not -- over the last five years, and how we can all better support each other in both virtual, hybrid, and physical workplaces.
WTCSE cannot issue refunds, however can facilitate a name change on registration to allow for the transfer of tickets for this event.
