Etiquette Essentials for Professional Success, offered as an in-person class
Whether you're just starting your career or are a seasoned professional, this class covers business etiquette fundamentals to make positive first and lasting impressions with employers, managers, coworkers and clients. Participants will learn the essential skills they need to succeed in business, and professionally represent themselves and the company in-person and virtually.
This interactive six-hour class will cover introductions, virtual and in-person greetings, confident non-verbal and verbal communication, digital diplomacy (cell phones, email, texting and video meetings), conversation skills, networking and mingling essentials as well as table manners and dining etiquette. Snacks and a three-course lunch will be served.
