Nick is the Founder and CEO of Global Negotiations, LLC in Bellevue, WA (www.global-negotiations.com), a consultancy dedicated to improving employee negotiation skills and advising corporations in Intellectual Property (IP) and other complex commercial negotiations. Nick spent 18 years at Microsoft and has nearly 25 years of global negotiating experience as a trial lawyer, business leader and most recently from 2013 – 2016 as President of Microsoft’s patent subsidiary, where Nick and his team closed deals with some of the most prominent companies in the IT industry.
